Mario Annier González

I received a B.Sc. (1st class honors, 2019) degree in Telecommunication and Electronic Engineering from the Central University of las Villas (Cuba) and an M.Sc. (2022) in Photonics Engineering at the University of Cantabria (Spain).

From 2019-2021, I served as a specialist in telematics at the Cuban Telecommunications Company (ETECSA) in the Fiber Optic Group. I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the Photonics Research Labs (PRL), at the iTEAM Research Institute, focusing on Specialty Fiber Exploiting Spatial Multiplexing for signal processing and sensing.
